Welcome to Pantler's Rations. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") explain how you can use our website ("Website") and purchase our candles. By browsing our Website or placing an order, you are agreeing to these Terms. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.

2. USING OUR WEBSITE


2.1 ELIGIBILITY

Our Website is open to everyone, but if you are under 18, please seek the permission ofa  parent or guardian before placing an order.

2.2 RESPECTFUL USE

Please avoid using the Website for any illegal activities or anything that might harm others (like spreading viruses or collecting data without permission).


3. MAKING A PURCHASE


3.1 PLACING AN ORDER

  • Please double-check that all your details are correct when placing an order.
  • All orders depend on availability, but we will do our best to keep everything in stock.
  • Once you place an order, we will send you an email confirmation. This means we have received your order, but we may still need to confirm stock and details.

3.2 ORDER CONFIRMATION

In rare cases, we might need to cancel an order (e.g., if there is an error in pricing or availability). If this happens, we will let you know right away and make it right.


4. OUR CANDLES


4.1 OUR CANDLES ARE NOT ACTUAL FOOD

Despite looking convincingly like food, our candles are NOT ACTUAL FOOD! By making a purchase, you must be aware that you are not purchasing actual food and will not use them for consumption purposes. You agree to keep them out of reach of young children and respect fire safety. We will not be liable for any harm caused by accidental ingestion.

4.2 AVAILABILITY

All of our candles are artisanally handmade. While we strive to keep all items in stock, availability may vary. If a product you order is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a refund.

4.3 CANDLES MAY VARY SLIGHTLY FROM PICTURES

Each candle is uniquely handcrafted, so slight variations in color or appearance may occur. These differences are part of their artisanal charm and make every candle special.


5. PAYMENTS


5.1 PRICING

All prices are in GBP and include taxes (where applicable). Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout.

5.2 PAYMENT OPTIONS AND SECURE TRANSACTIONS

All payments through our online store are processed securely through Stripe Payments. We do not collect or store your payment information.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


6.1 WHERE WE SHIP

We currently deliver to the UK only.

6.2 DELIVERY TIMES

We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout. While we aim to meet these estimates, delivery times can vary, so we appreciate your patience.

6.3 SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees depend on your location and order size, and we will make sure they are clearly displayed during checkout.


7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS


7.1 OUR RETURN POLICY

We only accept returns if the candles arrive damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.

7.3 REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will go back to your original payment method.

7.4 RETURN SHIPPING

We will cover the shipping costs for returns in case the candles arriving damaged.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Indirect or unexpected damages;
  • Delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control (like weather, natural disaster, pandemic or courier delays).

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.


9. OUR CONTENT


Everything you see on our Website—like images, text, and designs—belongs to us and is protected by copyright. Please do not use it without asking first.


10. YOUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT



10.1 ENDING THE CONTRACT

You may have a legal right to end the contract (or to get the product replaced or to get some or all of your money back).

10.2 CIRCUMSTANCES

If you are ending a contract for a reason set out at (a) to (b) below the contract will end immediately and we will refund you in full for any products which have not been provided and you may also be entitled to compensation. The reasons are:

(a) we have told you about an error in the price or description of the product you have ordered and you do not wish to proceed; and
(b) there is a risk that supply of the products may be significantly delayed because of events outside our control.



11. OUR RIGHTS TO END THE CONTRACT



11.1 ENDING THE CONTRACT IF YOU BREAK IT

We may end the contract for a product at any time by writing to you if:

(a) you do not make any payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within 14 days of us reminding you that payment is due;
(b) you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you or collect them from us.

11.2 COMPENSATION

You will need to compensate us if you break the contract. If we end the contract in the situations set out in 11.1 we will refund any money you have paid in advance for products we have not provided but we may deduct or charge you reasonable compensation for the net costs we will incur as a result of your breaking the contract.


11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS


We might update these Terms from time to time to keep things clear and accurate. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we will notify you if they are significant.
